The Answer Movement
A full-body exercise. Start in a standing position and move into a deep squat until you are supported by the cushion. The toe-bar keeps you in perfect alignment, protecting your knees and ankles. Extend back into a sit-up that is comfortably supported by the cushion. Moving forward, you return to standing in one fluid motion. This exercise engages all the major muscle groups. You travel 3 to 4 times farther and do more work in less time, making this the most highly effective exercise movement.
